We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to lead our accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash flow optimization.

• Leveraging your profesional experience in job costing.
• Showing us the 'tricks of the trade' regarding T&M billing and the billing process in general.
• Manage AR functions with precision-billing, collections, and DSO reduction.
• Build strong relationships with customers (because who doesn’t love getting paid on time?)
• Develop and present financial reports to leadership, making data-driven magic happen.
• Collaborate with Project Management to track billing progress and ensure compliance.
• Implement process improvements and automation to streamline AR efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies-think detective work, but for numbers.
• Support audit compliance and maintain financial transparency.

 
What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP-you know the drill).
• ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Great Plains, etc.)
• A sharp eye for detail, a love for numbers, and a drive for accuracy.
