Empowered Staffing is partnered with a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) leader specializing in staffing solutions for U.S. based companies. With a team of 350+ and counting, they’re seeking a dynamic bookkeeper to assist with their in-house accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong QuickBooks expertise and play a vital role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial health of our growing business.

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely submissions.
• Oversee tax filings, compliance, and liaise with external auditors or tax professionals.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Provide insights and recommendations on improving financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate with the management team to support budgeting and forecasting.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
• Expertise in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Language Requirement: Applicants must have at least professional proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to engage in verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
