This role is ideal for a data-driven problem solver with a passion for financial technology and a keen ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. The Role As a Business Analyst , you will work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to analyze business performance, optimize workflows, and support the development of innovative SaaS solutions for financial services. Your insights will play a key role in shaping product strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to align business needs with technology solutions. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and performance benchmarks for the company’s SaaS offerings. Support product roadmaps by gathering and analyzing user feedback and industry trends. About You 4+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role , preferably in FinTech or SaaS . Understanding of financial services, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based solutions . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
