Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other banking operations to drive business insights.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key financial metrics and trends.
• Use Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to streamline data processes and reporting.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize financial processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Python, SQL, Business Analysis .
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Expertise in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and transaction-level data.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with ETL processes and database management.
• Familiarity with machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses.
