Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all outbound sales and business development (i.e.; account research, dedicated call campaigns, CRM management).

  • Utilize the BearingPoint CRM tool to contact marketing-generated prospects and new leads from business directories and other sources.
  • Initiate conversations with prospects via phone and email to understand their needs and explain how BearingPoint products can fulfill those needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as lead qualification, selling strategies or marketing information.
  • Establish and maintain access to decision-makers and end-users in prospective client companies.
  • Keep detailed account records in the BearingPoint CRM tool.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ETM.next’s product offerings and stay current on industry trends and internal product developments
  • Research emerging technologies, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed qualification targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects, deliver product demos, and showcase the value of ETM.next’s offerings.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales quotas.
  • Professional experience selling software solutions/platforms (SAP preferred)
  • Professional experience in Engineering and Construction industry (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, where the candidate has hit and
    exceeded quotas.
  • A results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a high level of initiative and perseverance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and manage the negotiation process effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to trade shows and events as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • Preferred location is Chicago. Strong candidates located elsewhere in the Midwest will be considered.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
