We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to work with our Loan Officer Support Department. You will be providing an exceptional customer service experience to our 800+ loan officers. Job seekers should have a background in customer service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering a large volume of incoming calls & emails.
This is an entry level position with great opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming Calls & Emails
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company.
Assist the onboarding team with various projects, including talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Identify and assess Loan Officer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts (Loan officers) through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle loan officer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions using CRM (Salesforce)
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage loan officers
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1+ Years of experience in Customer Service, Entry Level Mortgage Related Field
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing candidate information and documentation.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Local Presence: Must be local to Irvine, CA, and able to work fully onsite.
