Entry-Level HR Assistant
About the Role and Our Client:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level HR Assistant to join a dynamic HR team at a growing company in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, and gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support new hire onboarding, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help with employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
Assist with benefits administration and other HR-related tasks.
Support payroll processing and timekeeping.
Manage HR filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Location & Compensation:
On-site position in Cleveland, OH.
Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
