Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in New Jersey, with additional preference for candidates also admitted in New York. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in environmental law, with a focus on compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Certifications: Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (required). Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred). Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously. Expertise in environmental compliance, litigation, and regulatory representation. High ethical standards and professionalism in client representation.
