Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in the Franklin area to identify a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Accounting in managing full-cycle financial operations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance financial responsibilities with light office management and team support. You'll join a collaborative and energetic team that values both productivity and a positive work environment.

Compensation:
Up to $80,000 annually, based on experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations across multiple entities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Support budgeting efforts and maintain fixed asset schedules

• Process payroll and handle various office management tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
