We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. In this fully remote position, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing and placing top talent across various industries while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You’ll be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, screening applicants, and supporting hiring managers to fill key roles for our companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
Provide timely updates to both candidates and internal teams
Hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets with guidance and mentorship
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable using online tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
