HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their HR as a HR Assistant to assist with current workload and open enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ASSISTANT:

• The HR Assistant will organize, enter, and file all onboarding forms i.e. drug screens and background checks
• The HR Assistant will support recruiting efforts-help with phone screens, state interviews and help increase retention efforts
• Support merit tracking, performance reviews and process into system
• Assist with general administrative support and answer basic inbound questions, various front desk duties as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE ASSISTANT:

• Ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administrative duties
• Any experience with benefits, onboarding is a plus
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and acquire new skillsets
• Good attitude and desire to learn will be an asset
