Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a significant impact in the construction industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead ground-up multi-family and commercial projects in a collaborative team environment. Based in our Madison, WI office, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work policy that allows you to balance your time between the office, job site, and home.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Administration: Implement and manage contract terms, including bidding, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cost Management: Oversee budgeting and financial aspects, including cost estimating, reporting, and cash flow analysis to keep projects within budget.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor project timelines, utilizing scheduling software to ensure timely completion while resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Quality Management: Conduct inspections and reviews to ensure all project components meet the highest standards and specifications.
  • Safety Management: Develop and enforce safety procedures to protect everyone on the job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing similar project types.
  • Strong understanding of various plans (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.) as they relate to project execution.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a knack for proposing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, and Bluebeam.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and internet applications.
