We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help drive company growth by identifying and securing top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, has an intuitive approach to evaluating candidates, and understands that great hiring is about culture fit as much as skill set .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess potential candidates.

• Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews , evaluating both skills and cultural alignment.

• Review resumes and applications to identify strong candidates.

• Act as a hiring partner— not just a task-filler —by understanding company needs and helping refine the hiring process.

• Provide candidates with a mutual interview experience , ensuring they also assess whether the company is the right fit for them.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to ensure smooth transitions from interview to offer stage.

Qualifications

• Previous high volume recruitment experience.

• Strong phone presence —you’re confident, engaging, and can quickly build rapport.

• Ability to assess cultural fit , not just qualifications.

• Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual interview tools.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting
