Job Title: Recruitment Associate
Location: New Haven
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment process during a busy hiring season. This temporary role involves coordinating the applicant screening process, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and screen incoming applications using the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Conduct initial applicant screenings and forward qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
• Support recruitment efforts for roles in Finance and Operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient hiring processes across New York schools.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
• 1-2 years of similar experience (preferred but not required).
• Basic proficiency in Excel; advanced skills are not necessary.
• Open to candidates without a Bachelor's degree.
