Job Description

Our client, a leader in Corporate and Investment Banking, is seeking a Regulatory Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Regulatory Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management Program supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, a client-centric focus, and experience in developing partnerships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regulatory Data Management Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule, Local candidates preferred 

Pay Range: $46 - $51 per hour (W2 only)

What's the Job?

• Document Data Dictionaries, including business and technical metadata, and Data Quality Checks.
• Conduct moderate to complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues.
• Execute resolution of unique challenges requiring analysis across multiple areas or the enterprise.
• Represent clients in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.
• Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design.

What's Needed?

• Working knowledge of corporate and investment banking, capital markets, or finance.
• Experience with financial service regulatory requirements such as BSA/AML or Dodd-Frank.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a client-centric focus.
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
• Analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex data issues.
