Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Duties:

• Optimize the serviceability lifecycle from initial sales inquiry to service activation
• Analyze complex data, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Present actionable recommendations to executive leadership

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience: telecommunications, utilities, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in process and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including multi-layered pivot tables and complex data manipulation
• Strong experience with Visio for process flow creation and optimization
• Experience in the serviceability call center as a process analyst is a plus
• Experience with CSG and Prism is a differentiator
• Experience with MicroStrategy is a plus
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Nimble and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire to enhance professional resume with impactful accomplishments
