Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

Location : Miami, FL (Hybrid- 3-days/week in-office)

Compensation : $84k-$105k Total Comp

What We’re Looking For :

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience working at a publicly traded company (strongly preferred)
• Manufacturing experience (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting/Finance)

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes through partnering with organizational and department leaders
• Provide detailed variance analysis and explanations of variances for senior leadership; Work with department leaders to generate explanations
• Assist executive leadership and Investor Relations with Board presentations, earnings reports, and quarterly financial guidance
• Assemble and provide financial analysis of company’s financial data including budgets and forecasts
• Provide detail trend analysis to senior leaders to use in strategic planning
• Communicate potential process improvement initiatives as you see fit
• Handle ad-hoc projects in a timely manner
