Job Description

Sr. Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal: Keller Rohrback L.L.P. seeks to add a highly qualified litigation paralegal for its Complex Litigation department, in the Seattle office. Keller Rohrback’s plaintiffs’ practice is nationally recognized for its work on cutting-edge cases. Our practice is sophisticated and diverse and includes ERISA, consumer and product liability class actions, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental law and toxic torts, and antitrust. We pursue high-impact cases that make a difference.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of extensive experience in research, writing, cite-checking, and e-discovery; trial experience and experience with Relativity software is a plus. Experience in federal court, with a depth of knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and processes, is essential. This role requires a strong combination of case-based project management skills and a high level of internal customer service. We are looking for someone who is very straightforward by nature, positive and proactive, enjoys working in a team, has a great sense of humor, and can handle challenging situations.

Position Requirements:

  • Passion for protecting the rights of individuals.
  • 5+ years of direct experience as a litigation paralegal with project management responsibility.
  • Lead projects from inception through delivery, including resource requirements, workflows, and competing deadlines.
  • Serve as primary contact throughout a project, which includes leading meetings, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and owning responsibility for accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate on the delivery of complex projects that integrate multiple resources.
  • Strong cite check capabilities utilizing The Bluebook, Westlaw, and Lexis+.
  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Relativity e-discovery software.
  • Experience coordinating reviews of large document productions.
  • Demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter.
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, co-counsel, and clients.
  • Extremely responsive to deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively respond to urgent situations that require a quick turnaround.

Salary Range : $ 110,000 - $120,000
