STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Seeking a high-energy, knowledgeable coach with a strong background in strength and conditioning for baseball and softball players. This part-time, on-site role(15 hours per week) will focus on designing and implementing performance-based training programs to improve strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Position will take place at The Cage, which features a fully equipped built-out gym with all the necessary strength and conditioning equipment, allowing for seamless training sessions in a dedicated space.
Responsibilities: Develop and lead sport-specific strength & conditioning programs tailored to baseball and softball players. Conduct individual and small group training sessions focused on mobility, strength, power, speed, and injury prevention. Create a positive, challenging, and motivating training environment for athletes.
Requirements: Experience in strength & conditioning coaching, preferably with baseball/softball players. Knowledge of sport-specific biomechanics, movement patterns, and injury prevention. Strong communication and leadership skills. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, or similar certification is a plus.
Hours: Monday-Friday in the early evening(6:00-9:00)
Pay: Up to $65/hour depending on experience
