Job Title : Dispensary Agent

Location : Southern Crop "Half Oz" at Meridian (Mississippi)

Job Summary : We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Dispensary Agent to join our team with Southern Crop "Half Oz" at Meridian. The ideal candidate should be 21 years or older, passionate about cannabis, and possess a strong background in retail operations. As a Dispensary Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring compliance with all Mississippi State regulations, and handling cash transactions with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide compassionate and knowledgeable assistance to patients visiting the dispensary.

1. Ensure compliance with all Mississippi State regulations pertaining to cannabis dispensary operations.

1. Handle cash transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.

1. Utilize computer systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer interactions.

1. Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment for the comfort and safety of patients and staff.

1. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the dispensary.

1. Actively participate in ongoing training and education on cannabis products and industry developments.

1. Adhere to all security protocols and procedures to safeguard the dispensary and its assets.

Qualifications :

1. Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with cash handling expertise.

1. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

1. Knowledge and passion for cannabis is highly desirable.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

1. Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability.

1. Prior experience in the cannabis industry will be considered an advantage.

Employment Details :

• Part-time position, from 10-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

• Competitive starting pay with potential for increases after a 90-day probationary period.
