We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time conversion , ideal for candidates with warehouse supervision experience, WMS knowledge, and strong leadership skills .

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse associates , ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor, actively monitoring workflow and addressing operational issues.
• Implement productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards to optimize warehouse performance.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse staff, handling performance and behavioral concerns as needed.
• Manage administrative reporting and correspondence related to warehouse operations.
• Oversee workforce planning , including manpower allocation and shift coordination.
• Utilize and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for operational efficiency.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training programs to uphold industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Korean (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-shift warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary position through a staffing agency , with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
